We placed an order for 1500 for work uniforms for our family’s 3 businesses. This is the 3rd time we have ordered from customize it now. The first time we ordered printed t shirts that cracked after a few wash’s so the uniform didn’t weather well at all. The second time, we went with full embroidery, and the uniform lasted longer, but they did send the order wrong originally and had to resend some items. This, the 3rd time, they have made one company’s uniform with the wrong logo on, making it unusable, but offered us a 20% discount on the items I don’t know what we’re expected to use them for? They have embodied some logos on another company’s uniform, but then printed others? And have said they did this to save us money but it wasn’t requested? Why would we have some embodied and the others printed? They’ve also sent the wrong sized items for 3 items for the same company, it differs from our request on our original order, but they had got it wrong on the quote and it wasn’t picked up on. Out of the 3 lots of uniforms 1 of the 3 is correct and useable. The other 2 are wrong and have left us 900 in wasted rags. I wish we’d have viewed the reviews on google before we’d ordered this time, as they seem to be a bit more realistic than the ones posted on here. Extremely un happy with the service received, and the resolution offered.

Ordered face masks. Terrible quality at a rip off price!! just like scraps of material. Be great for wiping the babies bum but no use for anything else!!
Awful service! First item we ordered took a very long time but was ok. Decided to use them again and it will be the last! It was weeks before we received any communication and it was to tell us that they wouldn't embroider the back for what we paid, it would have to be vinyl. Even though this is a customisable service. It then took weeks after this to arrive. Poor service, barely any communication, and to not get the product we paid for is very disappointing.
i just cant put in to words the level of incompetency of this company. absolutely fuming. all i get it \it will be with you soon\ never even sent. even made me come in to work on shutdown to receive a parcel thats not even left . Thanks for nothing. NEVER AGAIN
