The location is very good! 12 min walking to the Plaza de Armas, 8 min walk to the colectivo bus station, 5 min walk to the Central market where you can buy local souvenirs for a good price. Although it's quite Central, the rooms were quiet and cosy. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure and multiple shower heads. The only real downside was the cold inside the shower and in the rooms after the sunset which in the winter season is at 17:35... The breakfast was nice, but very simple (a few peaces of fresh bread with butter and jam). The rooms were not very clean and you could see the dust flying in the air. Overall our stay was ok, the hot shower and the location being the main advantages of this place.

Great hostel, room was charming and clean, and the shower was amazing. Like a steaming hot waterfall. Location was pretty central and they let us pay on card with no additional charges. The staff were somewhat unfriendly, but they did what they needed to do. They also let us leave our bags there when we went on a three day rafting trip.
Really cosy, quiet family feel hostel, would recommend to anyone to stay here.
MOST IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER YOU COULD IMAGINE. PICTURES ARE FROM THE NEIGHBOURS. I communicated 5(!) times to the owner (through booking and e-mail, in correct Spanish, my girlfriend is from Spain) that we would arrive at midnight because of unforeseen weather conditions during our trip back to cusco, and only got to hear that we had no place to sleep after an exhausting journey at 00:00 am, good luck finding another place at that time. We didnt hear immediately from the owner, we had to knock at the kneighbours door because there was nobody (also not the following day, the neighbour says there are always guests that have to wait for the owner to arrive, probably not a coincidence this time either) who was so kind to call her and the owner told me that she already cancelled my booking, which was not true, she only did after hanging up the phone, why did she hang up and did not receive us anyway? Well "because she was too far away". We already passed a horrible day and alltogether this made it the worst day of our year since my girlfriend was in great physical pain after the unforeseen (rain that takes roads away) weather conditions.

Great place too stay big rooms frendly staff and close to everything you need. Will definitely stay hear again
