This is one of my favorite places in Cuzco. Its like going to an art museum. Besides one of a kind indigenous pieces from the Amazon they also hold interesting talks and classes. A must if u are visiting Cuzco!!

Lovely shop, my partner and I are thrilled that they finally added an online shop! We love visiting them in person and can spend hours fascinating over their precious one of a kind pieces and browsing their unique collection of indigenous artifacts, but as that isn’t possible their website is sufficient for shopping quite a bit of their collection (and reading about their wonderful work in supporting community through these times) Thank you, Xapiri!

I bumped into Xapiri by pure chance, walking around Cuzco. I was immediately attracted by the incredible quality of the ceramics displayed in the shop-window. A whole amazing collection of artworks awaited me on the inside. Last but not least, the whole Xapiri project, and what they are doing for native communities is amazing! Definitely worth a visit.

Spectacular shop filled with authentic artisan traditions from Amazon indigenous tribes. I found two Shipibo textiles there that are being framed for my home. The place is full of grace and heart. Beautiful mission.

Absolutely wonderful place with the most beautiful indigenous Peruvian artworks and crafts I have ever seen. The staff are lovely and helpful. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and the pieces are all unique. Don’t leave Cuzco without visiting!

I'm obsessed with this place and the work that they are doing. I've had the good fortune to work with several of the communities that they support through the sales of their art & craftworks and am so impressed with how authentic and fair this shop is in their relationships with those communities. I hear they will be selling more high quality Peruvian chocolate makers soon, too, which is wonderful for Cusco since most of the chocolate available in the shops or mercados is mass-produced and not of very good quality. If you're looking for something truly unique, very special, and infused with good energy, look no further than Xapiri!

This is an absolute must! If you want to take home a beautiful, unique, and handmade souvenir while supporting necessary work to save indigenous tribes then you must go here! They even tell you information specifically about the tribe that created what you purchase. There is also an art exhibit about their work at Qorikancha. Can't recommend enough, thanks for creating such a place!

I found this shop online as I was looking to buy some quality traditional art while in Peru. I was excited to find the store and to visit once I read more about what they are doing to support the communities of the Amazon. I was not disappointed once we found the store - beautiful products and knowledgeable and friendly staff that explained the background of each item we were interested in and the communities that made them. They also explained that they work with the artists to agree a price for their work and pay them up front which is good! You can find cheaper (probably imitation) products in other stores around Cusco and Lima but the quality here was much better and the understanding that you are purchasing ethically is worth the extra cost.
