Avoid this bus company if you can! We took Turismo Mer from Puno to Cusco on August 20th, 2019. 40 km from Cusco the bus hit a car - fault of the bus driver. Ok, accidents happen. But they let us passengers wait three hours in the bus without giving them any piece of information whatsoever. No alternative arrangements were made to get us to Cusco. The owner of the company was not able to arrange taxis to get us to the city only 40 km away. In the end we had to travel to Cusco on a bus that had suffered major damage- they actually “fixed” things with scotch tape.

The guid’s english is really bad and he left us at one of the stops, so we had to literally run for the bus and wave to the driver to stop and pick us up....terrible, annoying experience...
Worst company. I see it has good score so book the bus. But we change the plan so I need to cancel the bus. It said on the ticket I can cancel before 24 hours. I talk to 24 emergency in whats app I send many message he read it but do not reply me even one word. I send email to bus departure office they tell me they do not do the ticket return. I think they are cheating customer. I can not get my money back, I will let everyone who see my tripbook do not take this bus!!
From Puno to Cusco, we felt cheated at their office when we bought last minutes tourist bus tickets. In fact they gave us 15 "discount" but removed all the entrance fees from our tickets without telling us. So in fact what we thought be a good deal, was just cheating. We had to pay the entrance fees ourselves and it costed us the 15 discount... Otherwise, bus ok, guide ok, food ok but the hostess was unprofessional and couldn't speak a word of English in this tourist bus...
Buses are in good shape, and the route is beautiful landscape. Service on board, could be better. Promised snacks were missing.
Bus 30 minutes late, they tried to give us different seats than the ones we booked, no air con sauna for all the trip. Terrible experience, avoid.
WiFi was a blatant lie.
