This was one of the best parts of our trip to Peru. As a family, we learned a ton about how Peruvians buy, prepare and enjoy their meals. The adventure started with a trip to the market to see the huge variety available at the central market designed by Gustave Eiffel... yes, that Eiffel... and to buy produce for our meal. Next we went to the facility - really professional and able to host groups from 2 - 50. With thier own herb garden and fantastic rooftop views... we knew it was going to be great. We made perfect Pisco Sours, Ceviche with line caught trout and a few other amazing dishes. We learned a ton.. .and the professional staff was patient with our young son. An amazing experience.

Really good fun lunch time cooking course! It kicked off with a pisco sour in the sun on the roof top and then we prepared two different dishes. The staff were all really helpful and explained everything.

We were told they would meet us at our hotel at 4. We waited an hour and no one showed up. We tried contacting them to inquire about if it was still on and never heard back

So fun! We had a great time learning to make Pisco sours, trout tiradito, and quinoa risotto-and then enjoying the fruits of our labors. Francisco and Kathy were great. Highly recommended.
