Fresh, tasty amazing food. The owners are lovely and really nice. Initially I was a bit surprise because the entrance looks low more like a bar and not a restaurant with high chairs, music and lights. Don’t judge a book by the cover...the place is a treasure and I came twice!!! Try it out!

You can't come back from Peru without trying their number one national dish at least once! We did a lot of research where to try Cuy, Peruvian Guinea Pig, and chose Sumaqcha for this experience. The experience was great. It is a family restaurant and you will get a lot of attention! You need to order your Cuy at least an hour in advance, because it is prepared to order. They bring it whole first and you will have a chance to take photos. Later, however, they take it back and cut if for you, so you don't have to do it yourself! This way it is a lot easier to eat. We loved it! It was not just a great culinary experience, but a complete event!
Good option if you want Peruvian food. Fair price and the staff is very friendly.

My favorite restaurant in Cusco! I went there three meals in a row just cause. The food is great and the host is amazing! It looks like a family restaurant, they have traditional peruvian cuisine and some other options. The price is good, you end up paying around s/30 for a main dish. Get some fresh juice, they're great too. It's just by the main Plaza so no reason not to go.
Service is spot on! And the food - OMG! Definitely order the guacamole, trout ;)
