Very very good drinks using Pisco. The quality is above any other place I’ve tried cocktails in Cusco. Enjoy. My personal favorite is Curaca. Guuuut!

Excellent drinks, food and service. Good ambience.
Had a blast at this place. A little cramped and a little loud. The live music was fantastic however. The shrimp and bacon tapas was the best dish we sampled but all of them were very good. The drinks were amazing and while a bit expensive for Cusco, they were well below what you would pay for a comparable drink in New York or DC.

Delicious delicious delicious drinks. And the staff (Italian man) was so lovely. He made the experience for us a much better experience than it was already going to be. Absolutely great customer service, great knowledge, and suoer friendly to us. He took time to teach us about pisco. I highly recommend you ask for the Italian man to serve you. I unfortunately forget his name but you'll know it's him when he serves you.
Incredibly, delicious and lovely... food and drinks. Very reccomend! It is located in the historic center of Cusco close to everything. So, Good to finish a tour around city, start your night.
Many drink variations of Pisco Sour, Decent prices compared to the US, but you can get cheaper ones at other restaurants. It seems like a tourist spot, but I was there during the day. Central location. It wasn't anything fabulous but if you have the time, have a drink there to say you went.
Great place for a drink! They have a very large selection of pisco sour bevvies and they are fantastic. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and this place has a great vibe. Definitely check it out
