The worst service and at the end they steal your money, as well you do not have any security they will fulfil the agreement. Also it is quite cheaper if you buy the tickets in an agency located in Cusco. I would have given cero stars, but it's not available.
El peor servicio que he tenido. Después de recibir mi dinero, dejaron de responder correos electrónicos. Me enviaron el billete a las nueve de la mañana del día anterior para que perdiera la oportunidad de coger el autobús y tuviera que ir en tren pagando mucho más. Malo. Los boletos en cualquier otra agencia son más baratos. The worst service I've ever had. After I got my money they stopped replying to emails. They sent me the ticket at nine o'clock in the morning the day before so that I lost any chance of taking the bus and had to go by train paying much more. Very bad. Tickets in any other agency cost less.
