A group of friends and I were given rooms in the third and fourth floors. When we got in, it smelled like marihuana and the beds were really uncomfortable. We then asked the staff to switch rooms and moved to the 2nd floor, where everything was way more convenient (the beds, the bathroom, etc). The breakfast was alright, except for the butter, which had grown green mold.

Buen hotel en Cuzco Peru. Exelente habitaciones y su personal para el mantenimiento. Buenos precios. Esta muy céntrico a solo pocas cuadras de la Plaza Principal.
Un hotel que deja mucho que desear respecto a servicio y estado de las habitaciones. NO lo recomiendo bajo ninguna opción.
La atención del personal es excelente, lástima que es un hotel creado para ser de gran categoría pero que está decayendo por falta de mantenimiento y cierta limpieza.
