We loved staying at this cute, rustic hotel for 4 days. The room was two floors, cozy and had its own heater. The bathroom was modern and had hot water. They are into preserving the environment so encourage requesting the towels washed only every couple days. The lobby was beautiful and it was inviting to walk around the hotel. It's close to the main square and has a restaurant there. Unfortunately we went in the off season (January) so was closed. I think the bar was open daily though. They do serve breakfast with a beautiful view. I enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again but maybe in a bigger room.

The hotel staff and surroundings were wonderful and very accommodating. They offer free coca-mint tea 24 hours and also oxygen of you need it. David, the breakfast chef cools the breakfast every morning and was very friendly. Ceasar was the mid day front desk employee and was helpful with everything I needed. They have space heaters and fireplaces in the lounge areas to keep you warm. I must say that after my room was serviced they left the door unlocked and forgot to give me towels. My check in time was 1pm, but they didnt have the room ready until 1:20pm. It usually wouldn't be a problem, but I asked for early check in and they said it would be ready by 12pm. Besides that, the showers were hot and the room was beautiful.

I had a lovely time and stay at this hotel. It’s very central for Cusco. It was a short walk to the main plaza, although any short walk can be exhausting at this altitude For those short on time, a haiku: Beautiful, clean suites: Modern, yet rustic. Nice staff, Central location We rented a suite, which we were told had a large TV, deep soaking tub, and loft. The tub wasn’t quite big enough for two, but was nice nevertheless. The mosquito net definitely cane in handy, while the loft part was never used by me nor my partner. Still, the lofted ceilings made the suite we were in very spacious and let a lot of light in! I loved how Was some of our bedroom windows also overlooked the inner hotel plaza/courtyard. I knocked off one star because the hotel didn’t tell us before we got there that the restaurant and bar was under renovation and would not be open during the entire duration of our stay. What a bummer! We didn’t get any compensation although breakfast was supposed to be included in the room rate. For that reason I would not give a full five star review. Otherwise the staff was pleasant and hospitable, though we rarely saw them after the first day when they were kind enough to give us a map and point out a few things. Definitely would recommend!

Really loved this place, we had a two story room, the loft area was the bed. The staff was really nice, we got free drinks as well.

At first glance a nice hotel, but after a few days stay things got worse and worse... * room had large roof window, which did not have a blind. Meant everyone in our group woke up early (5am each day due to the light) * rude / unhelpful staff - check out was at 10 am, and got a call to the room at 10 am to tell us to leave (we had bags packed and were leaving door) * standard of rooms were varied. Our group were there with friends who had just got married, and the reception put them in a tiny room in corner of hotel, even though they paid same as everyone else. Staff were unwilling to change there room during the stay, even when it was explained to them it was there honeymoon
