Terrible management. Paid extra for breakfast when booking but owners said we had not and refused to provide. Blamed issues on us and on the booking site. Outright refused to resolve the issue. Wifi also did not work. Issues were small but owner’s combative attitude turned us off.

Cosy place to stay with a little indoor solarium to sit down and relax. The rules may be a bit extraneous though (you are not allowed to use the staircase in the solarium because 'it is dangerous'..yet all personnel uses it) and a sniff of hospitality could be used to think along with travellers needs (getting a taxi is quite a feat and they expect you to split couples amongst rooms since there's mostly triple beds) . 4 stars.
A really nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, a great option if you don't have much money to spend
CUSCO PERU IS LIKE MY SPIRITUAL HOME ! I FEEL SO MUCH SPIRITUAL CONNECTION HERE IT'S UNBELIEVABLE ! AMAZINGLY AWESOME ! I COULD GO ON BUT I'M SHORT OF BREATH ! LOL !
Great value for money and good location but most staff members don't speak very good English.
Fare price, near downtown, bad checkin by two wired guys, the room is not good quality with noise.

lugar super aconchegante, fomos super bem atendidos , café da manhã gostoso e farto! no quarto os lençoes limpos e as cobertas bem quentinhas! na lojinha do hotel vende água e outras coisinhas gostosas como salada de frutas e empanados, cafés e outros. a noite vc tem a opção de não sair e jantar lá pois tem um menu com massas e sopas que realmente são bons e bem grande! tv a cabo no quarto e o chuveiro é bem quentinho! bem fofo e colorido! o único ruim é que os atendentes e recepcionistas de la não falam inglês, apenas castelhano!
