It's not a real hostel. It's a house with rooms to rent. The room is nice, there is hot water, sometimes even too hot to take a shower and can't cool it. The bed is comfortable. The owner doesn't really like if you use the kitchen. She comes in every 5 minutes to control you :( She doesn't speak English.

I added a second star because service is great for the business type. The owner did everything from picking us up from the airport (included) to making breakfast (very simple, bread and butter, coffee and milk). I found the place via Expedia and it said it has heat but in reality it doesn't have heat and the hot water isn't even warm at all. It's about 8min by taxi to Plaza de Armas (4-5 soles), 10min to estacion San Pedro (train to Machu Picchu).

Chambre correct cependant très peu d’eau chaude dans la chambre, de plus nous avions réservé un nuit 3 jours avant d’arriver. Malheureusement arrivé à 20h après une longue journée de transport, la gérante nous fait comprendre qu’elle avait oublier de nous réserver une chambre. Nous étions donc à la rue à 20h dans cusco sans savoir ou dormir ! Ce qui étais clairement pas le soucis de la gérante.

Les chambres sont correct mais sans plus, manque d'eau chaude et isolation médiocre. Obligé de rentrer avant 23h sinon on reste à la porte. Et même avant il nous est arrivé de devoir attendre 10min devant.
El lugar es agradable y tiene una buena ubicación, podría mejorar la atención al usuario.
Si quieres pasar una experiencia hermosa y de lujo este es el lugar indicado
