Quick indeed. We paid 3 soles per KG. Some clothes were returned slightly damp and hence gave off a light odour which then spread to the rest of the clothes. Don’t think they used detergent as there is no fragrance from the detergent. Use if you need quick service but not if you mind an odour.

Very fast! Even on sunday they are providing excellent service. Costs: 3 Soles (PEN) / kg for washing, drying and folding. You can pick up your laundry 2-4h later, depends on how much they have to do. Got everything back without bad odor as other lavaderias do... very organized laundry service! Definitely recommend this lavanderia!
Professional and friendly. All our clothes were done in 2 hours and every piece was returned. We will definitely use them again!!!
Dropped off 4.9 kgs (Using my very accurate digital travel scale) of clothes to be washed, dried and folded. Offered to let merchant have laundry for 24 or 48 hours, "just do a good job with no damp clothes" as some other customers' reviews mentioned. Merchant said to come back at 6pm (8 hours later) for pick up. Merchant's analog scale measured 6 kgs of clothes. I blew it off, and figured if everything is cleaned right, it's worth it. Picked up clothes at 6pm and returned to hotel to ensure all items were there, properly cleaned and dried. All items were returned and clean, but all items were seriously wrinkled. Even the wrinkles had wrinkles. Apparently the clothes were over-stuffed in the washer and dryer and dried with very high heat. Half of these clothes are no-iron clothes that can't be touched with an iron. I suspect some of these items will have to be trashed, if I can't find a way to get these wrinkles out safely. I definitely wouldn't wear these items in public.
Dropped off at 10 and was ready at 5 pm with no extra charge. Clothes were very clean and nothing was missing. 9 soles for 3 kilos of laundry. Highly recommend.
Quick service but the price is not set. My clothes were returned with a smell and with some items not cleaned properly so I have had to rewash everything.
The friendliest lavandaría we've experienced in our travels. Clothes all returned impeccably cleaned, our one special care item treated as instructed, reasonably priced, all delivered as promised.
Great service. I only had 2 hours before my transportation left Cusco. This place was able to get all my laundry done and dried in that two hours no problem. Some of my things were very dirty and stinky from a 5 day trek and they were returned good as new. This is the place to go!
