Was very expensive. They didn't write the reference number on my ticket so they couldn't properly track it. They were very rude on the phone as well about this matter.

Ripped-Off - I had to send a small parcel (less than a kilo) to Canada - and was told that the only service was 105 US for the envelop. I later discovered that there was a much less expensive service - I had asked for the cheapest service. I believe I was ripped off but of course he gave me a receipt for the ridiculous privilege of using DHL. Gringos beware!
