Super nice hotel with very clean and charming rooms as well as incredibly nice staff. We absolutely loved the place. The only inconveniences we had were with the tour operator they work with Perumistico which one day never showed for the tour we had booked and the laundry service which shrunk some of our clothes.

() This guesthouse is close to Armas and San Pedro Market. Staffs responded to my requests (e.g. electrical heater) quickly. My room was pretty spacious and clean, also there was a window which faced San Cristobal. Hot shower was good enough. (-) The building is basically old. On the 2nd floor, wifi doesn't work at all.
Beautifu, Great location walk out the door and San Fransisco Plaza is right there. Everything is just blocks away. Great Service and food. Has heat which is a plus in Peru. Great value for the . Be prepared for some mold in the as they are not Ventelated. Place is Hundreds of years old , as with most historical places it is hard to keep up with modern times. We tried to book for our return atay but it was sild out.
The people at Casa Tisoc couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. I started two nights and The first night had a very noisy room with an uncomfortable bed. The next morning I ask to be moved and my the time I returned from a day off from in Cusco my belongs had been moved and I got a great nights asleep the second night. I would give 6 stars for customer service. The hotel is in need of a few up grades but they are working on it. Hence the 3 stars.

Una casona tranquila y apacible, muy céntrica.
写真と実際の部屋とではかなり異なるので綺麗で快適な部屋を求める人にはお勧めできません。しかし立地条件は非常に良く対応してくれたスタッフの方も親切でした。 もう少し積極的ににホテルのお手入れをすればいいのになって思いました。 ホテル内に猫ちゃんも2匹見かけて可愛かったです。住んでいるのかたまたま通ったのかはわかりません。 アメニティは1回使いきりのシャンプーと石鹸のみです。タオルはバスタオルのみでフェイスタオルはありません。 フリーの飲物は2階に紅茶とコカ茶があります。 WiFiはありますがちょっと弱いです。部屋によっては届かない可能性もあります。
