While it's a public library, but there's no public WiFi. Keep this in mind. While it is a good study space, it's truly meant for students of UNSAAC. That said, it's a nice place, and the second floor is not crowded (though you need a student ID there) and has comfortable seating. Overall, if you can forego the wifi access or have a mobile hotspot, it's a pretty good study space overall.

It has mainly old books that are not so useful if you study something like engineering... And to make it worse usually just one copy of the book making hard to borrow one
