If I could give it zero stars I would. I have to say that it is probably the worst customer service I have ever received and will be using it as my example now when I am hosting customer service training of absolutely what not to do.

I was served by a lovely guy called Samuel. He could not do enough for me. Top service. He is a real asset to Carphone Warehouse. A true gentleman.

It might say on the website they are open but when I went all this way to go to the store it is closed. Don’t waste your time going to them for nothing. Absolutely disappointed with the way the manage their websites.
