By far the best estate agents in Chester. The initial reason I choose these guys was down to viewing numerous properties to which a couple were with Ashley and out of all the estate agents and viewings I found Ashley to be the only one that was super friendly, knowledgeable and on the ball! The rest were mostly useless, sat in there car reading the paper or didn't have any answers to my questions. This then gave me the confidence to choose them in selling my house. I was blown away how good they were when I sold my property within 3 days of going on the market. Ella, Meg and the rest of the girls in the office dealt with the whole process extremely efficiently and I can't thank them enough. Will 100% go back to them for any future sales or lettings.

Just bought my first property through Homesale and they have been amazing. I’ve been speaking to Ashley throughout the sale and he was really supportive and knowledgeable through every step of the process. He was really accommodating and went out of his way to make sure I could visit the property whenever I was able to get to Chester.
