Awesome place. Staff are very helpful and provided a first class service. I just want to thank the guys at the Kirkcaldy branch for going above and beyond. I would certainly recommend that if you are looking for another car to take a look at what Curran Motor Company has on offer.

The company met all my needs when I said what I was looking for in a car. Very helpful in getting car to suit my requirements but, sadly, the aftercare wasn't great. In fact it was terrible, the way I was treated while my car went into their garage for full service, as promised, when I bought it. I had to chase up my promised service as the man never got back in touch. Then when I did get a time and date, it got cancelled days later. Finally getting car to garage, I was told to go for a walk for couple of hours and it would be ready by 12pm. Freezing weather conditions, and I was ill (which he knew as I could hardly speak with sore throat when I took the car in and he knew I was also poorly when I bought the car) I returned at 11.30am, in the hope of sitting in a warm, dry showroom instead of walking needlessly in the wind and rain, while car was finished. Nope, I got told to have another walk and they'd call me about 1pm as ''definitely'' b ready by then! Walked around till 1pm, still freezing, but when I returned, I was told it '' hopefully it should b ready for 2.30pm''. He knew I started work at 3pm as I'd explained that in the morning. So I said I cdnt wait any longer so, bear in mind that I'm not from the area, he pointed out where the bus stops were. Him and another man sitting twiddling thumbs in the office and not one of them cdve dropped me off as they were ''snowed under'' at work so, yes, their pre sales pitch was great but, post sales terrible. I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone, ever!
