I am on my third order so far and it’s constantly consistently great. The descriptions of the tea and perfect to help guide you and the sample size options are brilliant if you doing baby steps beyond even ‘artisan tea shops’. The tea selections are so varied and the flavours so different. We have 3 jasmine teas and they could not be more different. I’m fact every tea so far (17) has its own character it’s hard to know what to choose when boiling the kettle. All the above and a lovely hand written note and if lucky a free small sample, this is the kind of customer care all SME’s should follow. Big fan. Turned long term customer.

I am so happy! First time ordering with them and on a bit of a whim and couldn't be happier. Delivery was extremely quick (ordered yesterday afternoon and arrived today!), everything was packaged beautifully (loved the touch of the green textured paper and ESPECIALLY the information stickers on the packets, they are well done and very useful; from brewing times and how often they can be re-brewed etc). Have yet to taste the teas but from looking and smelling them, clearly a good quality tea (wonderful aromas). Lovely to have received a little note also, just a really good experience all round with them. Thank you very very much and will definitely be re-ordering! Would 100% recommend.
I have shopped with a lot of online tea merchants, and these guys are by far the best, not only in terms of selection but also value for money too. Service is great, and the personal touch is always a lovely thing, with great recommendations too. The Makinohara Kukicha is my favourite. An amazingly refreshing and original taste.
My first online order with these fine people. Got a lovely note and was nicely packaged. The teas are very nice. I used to live in China and there are some teas that are hard to find, even there, that I got through Curious. Would highly recommend!
Ordered a selection of teas to try, the order was dispatched very quickly and Alex was kind enough to include an extra 10g pack! The teas so far have all been wonderful, will definitely be ordering some more :) also brewing instructions and general information about the teas is very useful and printed right on the packet!
