Cupcakes By Kelly

At my work we were given a selection of classic biscuit themeed cupcakes to sample. I chose a Lotus biscuit one, - it was extremely well presented, nestling in amongst a range of other equally appealing biscuit themeed cakes including the Oreo, the Jammy Dodger and loads more. The Lotus biscuit was resting atop a swirl of buttercream icing, which had a smooth and slightly crunchy texture of biscoff mixed in - the buttercream complimented the soft, subtly-biscoff flavooured sponge, with a very pleasant suprise of more smooth bisciff centre. I coudl eat more, but I have to leave some for others. Great work Kelly. Thanks
