I've just had 2 wardrobes and chest of drawers delivered, to ardrossan, the men couldn't be any nicer and had a very hard job getting the furniture into a very tight space at the top of the stairs but they managed it. Thank you to the two delivery men.

Highly dissatisfied with the drivers of this company arranged a furniture uplift for PM was told they would arrive by 4.30 arrived at 4.45 said wardrobes were to big as they could not carry them or fit them in a box van. They attempted to take a two seater couch but seemed clueless as to how they could get it out of the door.suggested they take it out back door but seemed more interested in the fact they were going to be late back to depot. I was told by the driver that if I could get it out the door I was on the system and they would call back.strange that the furniture company who delivered the couch got it in obviously they knew what they were doing and were not rushing to get away. Great source of quality used furniture. For all those with negative comments about price and delivery - Remember that you are getting good furniture at a fraction of the price you would pay. Also it is up to the purchaser to measure their own home before buying. You are keeping local people in a job via this social enterprise by purchasing from here; so adjust your expectations and thank them for helping you furnish your home cheaply.

Was pleased with them as a reasonable source of the older furniture I have been looking for. Messed me about today with a failed delivery and wanted to charge to re-deliver. Then they offered half-price so I can now recommend them as fair.
