Oil change that is to be covered under Efficiency Package tried to be billed, 186. After informing about having perchased the Efficiency Package when vehicle was purchased, which is an extra monthly expense, things were straightened out .

We had a little problem with our ISUZU car and luckily found this isuzu service. I am very very satisfied with the work of PAOLO TASSONE. He immediately took the care of our car and he was very helpful and enthusiastic. Even if I didn’t understand Italian (because I’m from Hungary) he could translate it to English. The best choice!!
On September 3, 2019, I bought a used Toyota Landcruiser (2011) at a very competitive price. Sales service was fine and people were very kind with us. They even performed a complete check-up of the car before delivery. I was very please for 1 week and a half. Then I realized that the car was leaking oil from the central transmission block. Three days after, I heard a noise from the hydraulic servo of the steering wheel, and found that the steering oil was below the minimum (to be frank there is no sign of hydraulic fluid leaks from the steering apparatus). I brought the car to an authorized toyota dealer for a complete checkup. They not only confirmed the leak on the transmission (gearbox, in particular) but also confirmed my impression that the car clutch was at the end of his life. I was contacted by Cuneotre about these problems and they actually fixed the above-reported issues by partially refunding the repairs and by supporting me in another issue I spotted on the vehicle registration document. My warmest thanks to Fabio Testa, who was very involved in the process, and made everything smooth and addressable.
