I bought my cart five years ago from Doug at Monster Cart and I am more pleased today than ever. Rest assured, they are the place to go for golf cart buys and service. Monster Carts is easy to work with on the initial setup, priced fair, and delivered quickly. My main concern was maintenance after making such a large purchase. They are even more outstanding on this end. Always willing to pick up my cart (for a fee), do great quality service, make necessary recommendations, and in a timely manner return my cart in much better condition than I left it with them. During my last service they went above and beyond fixing a safety issue for my growing family to make sure we remain safe. Doug has always been completely honest and upfront with me and it's been fun to watch his business grow rightfully so.

I’m not sure these guys and I speak the same language. Picked up my cart on Tuesday. Told us “we’ll call you later today “(about painting options). No call. I call them on Friday they had not yet gotten to my cart. They said they would call by the end of the day. They did call later (left a message) and told me the service on my cart was done. And they told me they can’t paint my type of cart. Strange, right? I call back Saturday and they said they could hold onto my cart for “3-4 weeks” to get paint or they could return it to me today. I elected to have it returned today (Saturday). They said they would do so. It’s now Saturday night at 6pm - they closed at 4 - and they didn’t return my cart. They don’t open again until Tuesday. If these guys weren’t literally the ONLY game in town I’d definitely go elsewhere. Update: spoke to Doug and he always actually quite informative about the “no paint” think and the delivery snafoo. Not the best experience (obviously) but not the worst either I guess.
