I had MD residential put in a covered screen porch and new concrete slab. Scott was with me every step of the way and made sure I was well taken care of. He even had suggestions for relocating some electrical based on what he thought would be best for my usage. I am glad I listened to him. I have worked in hotel renovations and am used to doing a punch list after construction was completed. Scott and his team were so thorough through each step of the way I did not have a single punch list item to complete. I liked him so much my father is now using him to renovate their house. Simply the best!

I live in Johns Creek and my driveway was over 25 years old. I wanted to replace it because it needed major repair. I shopped around wtih several companies and MD Residential gave me the best quote by far. They started the job on time and actually finished ahead of schedule.
