Having never let a property before I found all members of the Penrith office were incredibly helpful and professional in their approach to both myself and the properties. Right from the start they explained the letting system, took great photos (thanks Sarah) presented clearly the information on their web site, arranged and hosted viewings then, having found very suitable tenants, completed all paperwork accurately and with minimum fuss (thanks Andrea and Jackie). All queries or problems were dealt with straight away and in a very understanding manner by any member of the team. I have no hesitation in recommending the Penrith office of Cumbrian Properties.
