A good selection of beautifully finished oak furniture in lovely designs traditional and contemporary. Excellent friendly and efficient service from Michael that is often rare in bigger stores and fraught with problems online. Prices here match online prices for designs which are exactly the same... except for one huge difference! Cumbria Oak furniture is smooth and tactile quality close grain wood... our initial online order from a massive concern was open grain, cheaper wood with dowel joints and not the stated dovetail. It had also been dropped and the cheap wood had cracked and splintered revealing the very poor quality. This was an exact copy of the piece we eventually found at Cumbria Oak but it had been made in China!! Buyer beware of copied British design!
