Got the advice I needed. Letters going to relevant people. Referral to London blocked due to court challenge against that decision. Letter being sent to Gareth at the council, informing him of my intention to sue him personally for putting the block on me receiving help from Carlisle no matter what paperwork I present regarding my case. All because of no family connection.
