Absolutely fabulous meal today. Butterburgers that were huge, juicy and done to perfection. Flavor of the day (Turtle) wonderful and the cheese curds were out of this world good. Thank you!

I'm not a fan of maggot burgers with flies on the side. My wife just got out of the hospital from a bowel perforation, she has a limited diet and plain chicken is one of the few things she can have. We've had the same meal the past three dinners from this location, but today we got a heavily seasoned chicken breast with a grilled fly (no that is not a misspelling) next to her sandwich. I decided to check my sandwich and the cheese was definitely molded. Needless to say we will not be eating at this location again. Who knows what illnesses people might get from food they don't thoroughly check. What's worse that when we contacted them (we didn't want the whole meal comped, just the cost of the chicken sandwich) they proceeded to tell us about a time they had flies crawling out of their salad and demanding proof (in the form of bringing the sandwich back, probably so they could serve it to someone else). This is ridiculous and poor customer service. Even corporate didn't seem to care, saying that each location is individually owned as if that was some kind of explanation. So, if our voice will not be heard by the restaurant itself, I'll make sure it is heard everywhere, we've already filed a complaint with the Environmental Services.
First time there an it was incredible!! The fries an burger were very Very tasty. though it was their secretly brewed Root Beer that i found out of this world.with a mind blowing taste. My only complaint...didn't get to taste their desert. Seems the young girls...time, was needed with a cook an she couldn't even acknowledge any of the people in line.️ So we left. hope the people behind us didn't have to wait as long. Regardless... i will find my dining pleasures being satisfied at a different location...an get a taste of those deserts i've heard about.
This review would be higher but after our meal we wanted deserts, we went to the counter and waited and continued to wait while the front counter girl spoke with a cook through the window. We ended up leaving after another couple of people came in to order and still no recognition. Well I gave up and we left without a desert . Very sad!
Culver's is always great! Hadn't been to this one before. It was clean and service was excellent.
