This was the only place in California that does Live Scan for the Florida Board of Nursing. I had to drive from the Central Valley. JW was very kind to accommodate me when I was able to make my appointment due to a shut down on the Grapevine on the day of my appointment. He was very professional and kind.

I had my Live scan done on November 20th, 2019. I have spoke to the person who did my scan twice with his reassurance that he would check on it and get back to me. He never did; I have called numerous times and left messages with no return in my phone calls. My Live scan is the only item left that is hindering my licenses being issued. It is now Dec 26th and this issue is still not remedied. I would not refer this company to anyone I know especially a healthcare professional. If I could 0 stars I would!
