Gold’s Gym and the staff are very professional and helpful with any and all questions. Recently I’ve been training under Ayern Garr, Personal Trainer, and within a week I’ve felt the difference. She is a phenomenal at training, has the mind body connections and relates the to her customers. She explains every step and offers encouragement. She has a master plan for your workouts and her knowledge is tops. If your just starting out or have been working out and just need a boost, she is definitely worth it!!

Been going to this Gold’s Gym a little over a year now. The staff is super friendly and has always helped me with any concerns or questions I’ve had. I like that it’s a pretty big gym, so even when there’s a lot of people there in the evenings, I don’t usually have a problem finding available weights or a space to work out in because it is so big. I will definitely continue to renew my membership and be going here for years to come! :)

I have worked out at about 5 different Golds gyms. This was by far my favorite. It starts with an ample supply of parking spaces close to the front door. The gym has everything you need for staying in shape from free weights with every bar configuration, to machines, cardio equipment and cardio classes. After weight training I would often go to the cardio theater and watch a movie while burning calories. It's funny how when I wasn't thinking about exercising I could do 90 minutes of cardio. The employees were friendly and made you feel welcome. When I worked out there I was in the best shape of my adult life. Unfortunately I moved to Fredericksburg and had to change gyms. I drove back to Culpeper a few times to exercise there because I missed it.

This gym is a scam. I signed a contract specifically ending in August 2020. When I went to not renew my contract, they said I agreed to 12 months and I owed multiple more months due to COVID. Nothing in the contract says 12 months. I pointed this out multiple times to multiple people, and I now receive no response and continue to be charged. Don’t waste your money here. Can’t wait to see them go down to Planet Fitness.

I have been an avid gym goer for years, Gold’s Gym in Culpeper for the past 5 years. When COVID hit and the gym closed I lost all motivation to work out at home. Once the gym reopened I was out of the routine and lazy. I received a phone call from Chris, the gym manager, checking on me, we talked and I’ve been back consistently for a month. My point is Chris and his team truly care about their members, forever grateful for that phone call. The gym was updated during the closing, it’s clean, properly labeled for social distancing, tons of sanitizer/disinfectant bottles, individual towels for cleaning and personal use. Thank you again Chris and team for all you do, I’m glad to be back!
