Lovely clean sandy (with some pebbles) beach. Some beautiful rocks. Sea quite cold but it is Scotland! Great steak burger trailer on site. Nice and clean public loos funded by charity. Saw dolphins near here the other day so maybe you'd see them too! Parking was easy and free. Many wonderful dogs being walked and friendly people. On a clear day you can see mountains in the distance. All round cool!

Fantastic wee place great ice cream. Beach is beautiful and great for kids. Great for exploring along the shoreline heading towards the Bow Fiddle.

A safe clean spacious beach in beautiful surroundings. Access right to the front for cars enabling disabled users access to also enjoy. Public toilets in high season run by volunteers and drinks available from local businessess

One of my favourite places in the world. I grew up near here, I scattered my mums ashes here, and I come here every time I am back in Scotland. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. Too many people visit Scotland and somehow believe the country starts and ends in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Which is a real shame, as there is so much wonder to explore as you travel North. If my words don't convince you, hopefully my pictures will!

Beautiful beach & still so well kept, a place full of childhood memories, such a lovely view over to the nearby Portknockie.

Great for the majority of water sports especially snorkeling when the tide is in and the water is calm. If your lucky enough like I was a few days ago the dolphins quite frequently visit these waters.
