Buying experience was good, got some great advice from one of the guys there. However, 5 racks into using a new Buffalo pool cue that cost over 200, the tip came off. I called the shop the next day to ask for some help and was told by a woman there ‘we make no guarantees, that’s up to the customer to sort out’. I asked if she thought that was reasonable and she just said it’s not their responsibility to help. Really poor service. Had they have at least tried to assist, I probably wouldn’t have left a poor review. So if you’re buying anything here, make sure you know where your nearest repairer is. Mine is 30 miles away
