Wonderful place! Pastries are delicious. Wish I could marry the coconut ones! There's a wide selection of treats and cakes. Staff is friendly and attentive. Interior will make you travel in time and so the politeness of everybody in there. Only place that doesn't close at lunch time which is great! Highly recommended.

Im from Texas, and i came to Cuenca, Spain as an exchanged student. I encounter different people with different attitudes. Here at Ruiz i was treated like a queen, the personnel was polite and patient. They allowed me to taste some of the things i did not know. I ended up buying alot of their pastries. Delicious and high end bakery. Totally recomending this place for anyone traveling to Cuenca in Spain

Tienen unas tartas increíbles,la mejor a mi gusto es la de láminas de almendra y nata. También tienen servicio de cafetería con productos de alta calidad. Los roscones de Reyes de la Ruíz están también exquisitos con una nata hecha para grandes paladares.
