I have just secured a property through Cubitt and West, the whole branch could not have been more helpful and attentive but in particular Anthony and Julian were lifesavers. The vendor and i were able to agree a figure in relatively quick time and i was never left not knowing what was happening. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

We asked 3 agents to advise on how to sell our mother's house. Julian Bromwich visited and was far the most competent agent to visit. He and his staff Kathryn and Anthony kept us informed throughout the whole process. The property was quickly sold to a family that I believe were on their extensive database.
