We have just sold our property with Cubitt and West in Rustington and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Our property had been on the market with two other agents with no luck, but Cubitt got a lot of interest and sold the property promptly. The manager Kevin Porter is incredible and extremely efficient, making the process as smooth as he could. He went above and beyond on a number of occasions, when he did not have to. He was always on the other end of the phone and I knew I could call him with any query and he would sort it. Highly recommend and thank you very much Cubitt at Rustington.

What superstars the guys in this branch are. We had our home on the market for over a year with two other agents before approaching these guys and the amount of viewings they got us compared to the others was remarkable. Once sold, we did have some issues with the solicitors, but again Kevin and the team kept the pressure on the solicitors relentlessly. I can't thank them enough. Cheers, John

Would recommend the team at Cubitt & West Rustington, in particular Abbie. As a first time buyer it can be a new and overwhelming process. Abbie was always on the other end of the phone or available for a face to face meeting to discuss the purchase progress.
