We sold our house through Cubitt and West. Originally they weren't on our 'shortlist' of agents we had coming round to value the property, David (Branch Manager) managed to persuade us to giving them a chance and I'm glad he did. Our flat sold within 5 days of going on the market for a very good price. Rebecca was fantastic and gave helpful advice with regards to the property we were going on to buy. Elliot was professional and enthusiastic about our property and you get the feeling from the team overall that you are in good hands. We also used their recommended mortgage broker who was able to get us a really good deal where other brokers were unable to. Would definitely recommend David's team and would consider using them again in future if we moved.
