Took my laptop in for data recovery and they had my files up on the screen. I told them it was urgent and I needed it for work. After a week I went back and they said they thought the hard drive was broken but wasn't sure. I already thought that that but I needed the files. They stuttered and didn't seen to know what day it was. Then I said I would take it somewhere else and they tried to charge me 60 for a diagnostic fee. I asked what the diagnostic was and they said they didn't know! What a complete joke. They lost my files, they tried to charge me anyway and had no compassion about my lost files or how upset I was. They soon changed their mind about the diagnostic fee when my boyfriend went in. Rip off merchants only interested in bikes. What kind of computer shop sells bikes!! Just avoid unless you want to lose all you files by incompetent money grabbers. \60 diagnostic fee.. What's the diagnosis? I'm not sure...\ Laughable!

Great service, the only computer shop around that's open and still priced extremely competitively
Lovely people, but got to say after paying 60 to speed up and clean my laptop the performance of it is exactly the same as it was before I took it in. Doubt I'll be in there again.
