Took my desktop computer in due to multiple issues. They kept in contact throughout the process and were happy to answer questions. When the issue wasn't resolved the first time, they took it back in to look again without charging, and managed to identify the problem.
Just picked up my mac from these guys after they resolved a problem for me. Great service and good comms while it was being fixed. Its great to have their skills available locally so that you know where your laptop is when it needs some TLC and, more importantly, when you can get it back.
Laptop screen replacement. Took my laptop to CSD and was given an on the spot estimate to supply and fit a replacement screen, with an assurance that if any other problems were found, I'd be phoned with the additional costs so I could decide whether to continue with the repair. Fortunately, it was just the damaged screen. This was replaced within a couple of working days. Excellent, assured and professional service at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.
I have dealt with CSD-Kingston 2 years ago when my old laptop hard drive crashed and CSD-Kingston replaced and upgraded. Now the cooling fan went (the laptop is 7 years old and has travelled the world) and he found replacement part (and did not charge extra when first replacement was faulty and had to be replaced), and generally spruced up the laptop. Communication was easy and clear. I prefer using this laptop to work and now it seems to work well, so hopefully I saved a lot compared to buying new.
