They don’t know how to treat customers
It gets 2 stars because some of the people I dealt with were quite excellent. But it gets zero stars for everything else - they rob you blind. Among MANY transgressions, here is a small one that tells the whole story; I filled upy windshield washer fluid the day before taking in my car for general revision. Next day I check the invoice and they charged 32 EUR to efill the washer fluid\. See the problem? Avoid them if you can.
I went there with a friend, but I had shorts on, the looks that I got from the staff was so unnecessary and undermineding. Looks like they just want people with suits to go there
Car handed in at 08.30 to repair a faulty drivers seat that was jammed. Eight hours later, when I called to follow up, I am informed that they may have to take the seat out!!! It took 8 hours to let me know this. Clearly vehicle not ready and now I am expected to return again on Monday! Very poor service!
Poor service. Totally confused. I went for a service E and to have my headliner repaired and a new center cap on my rim. I received no feedback until I received a panicked call from someone saying to come immediately to pick up my car. I waited another hour with two different people going to look for it. Of course, no new cap on the rim, no fix for the headliner, no call during the morning to say the price for the repair. They killed my on the price for the work that they did, 28.5EURVAT for a liter of oil, seriously? Avoid these guys, poor front office and then they charge top dollar for their mismanagement. I won't be back.
