Really disappointed. Really poor wait times. We had been given a time to collect - and it was nearly an hour late. An hour!!! Thats not fast food! When making the second takeaway order tonight we made it clear that the first order was an hour late - but obviously we and Crystal haven't learnt from this. Really, really disappoint. If you state a time - stick to it guys - dont keep your customers waiting for an hour while you are still cooking it. Would I recommend? The food is good. The customer service/wait time is terrible. So no - I wouldn't. Reader - look elsewhere, until this is fixed Crystal can tell their clients a realistic pick-up time then its a waste of everyones time!

You'd by very hard pressed to find a better chinese takeaway anywhere in the region. The food is as tasty as it comes, the staff are very friendly, and you wont be kept waiting long for your order. They are very reasonably priced (they only take cash)
