This is the third time we have used Crystal Clear on this house and are really pleased with our new doors (previously we have had windows and a conservatory). Thanks again!

Excellent after sales service. Was not expecting much support during lockdown but following a quick call to the office and then an email to them showing the problem, a couple of fitters came quickly and adjusted my Bifolds. Really pleased! Highly recommended!
What Can I say.....I cannot praise this Company highly enough. We wanted to have all windows and Doors replaced and had no idea who to go to. We were recommended Crystal Clear by our Plumber and it was the best decision we ever made. The process started with Dean coming around the house to discuss our needs and measure up etc. He was such a nice guy and a joy to deal with. He wasn't at all pushy (which we don't respond well to) but just offered sound, honest advice and helpful opinions on what would look right where e.t.c. He was also on the end of the phone when we had any questions to ask and always responded quickly. Moving on to the Fitters Laurence and Wayne, well it just got better and better. They were so friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I felt like we'd almost become friends by the time the job was completed. They worked hard with professionalism and the finish of the windows and doors was amazing and to a very high standard. A special mention has to go to the way the sealant was applied, carefully and with such straight lines. Fantastic. To say we are pleased with the finished product is an understatement and we would have no problems at all recommending Crystal Clear. Well done Dean, Laurence and Wayne.
I bought my front door and a window. Really good job on the planning and installation and plenty of advice on what I wanted. Installers were brilliant, a smart and tidy job. The office staff were also very helpful on the end of the phone.
Excellent service from start to finish. I was in need of replacement glazed units and approached several firms in and around Bristol. Crystal Clear were the first to respond and we had great help from Simon (AfterCare Manager). We agreed on an engineer's visit to confirm dimensions, this again all went to plan and new units were ordered promptly and without any issues. Today was set as the installation day and Andy and Bob turned up on time, complete with carpet protectors (and wearing masks in these surreal cv19 times) to do the \installation\. The replacements units were professionally fitted and the old units removed. Excellent work by all involved at Crystal Clear. I know who to come to next time I need double glazing.
