A typical hard core style gym that caters for every style of training and has good strongman facilities..my kind of gym and the owners are very welcoming and pleasant too.
Classic old style gym! Friendly staff and a very motivating atmosphere.
Lovely gym and nice place to work out,but instructors/ receptionist a bit racist and unfriendly especially the instructor who drives a Volkswagen Passat wagon cant remember his name.
Wicked atmosphere, a feel you dont get with other gyms. Really friendly staff to, think this will be my regular gym as of now
