Nice atmosphere & space the live background music was good. Cocktails drinks are expensive but were well made & presented. I felt more staff was needed at the bar to serve drinks. The food that was being served around us looked good but we did not sample. Maybe next time we visit. Enjoyed our visit will definitely go again next time in Coventry.

Disappointing service at my wedding on 20.07.2019. Two months before my wedding, I found out that my drinks package which was initially labelled as “unlimited” didn’t include soft drinks. Earlier on when booking the package, my husband and I had clearly said to Crushh cocktails that we suspect 25%-50% of our guests won’t be drinking alcohol, but we were advised that we still had to pay a per head cost for the total number of guests. We agreed to pay the price per head so later hearing that Crushh cocktails would refuse serving soft drinks to our guests was hurtful! I spoke to Crushh cocktails about this as soon as possible and we both agreed that Crushh cocktails would serve soft drinks to any guests that came to the bar but I will buy and place additional soft drinks on all guest tables to reduce the number of guests that come to the bar for a soft drink. The day after my wedding, I heard from multiple wedding guests that the bar refused to supply them with soft drinks and even water! Another issue arose around glass hire. When booking Crushh cocktails, I was informed that wine glasses were not provided by Crushh cocktails but they did include 100 shot glasses. As I had limited glassware offered by my caterer, I asked Crushh cocktails to book glassware for the bar with a supplier they trust and I gave an extra 250 deposit for this. After my wedding Crushh cocktails didn’t mention anything about my deposit or raise any issue. So eventually I asked them to return my deposit and they said they can’t as they had a hiccup with the waiters at the wedding (where some of the glassware they brought in was swapped with the caterers stock). I found Crushh unprofessional in dealing with this issue and they should not make me go at a financial loss for this! Lastly, I had a package with unlimited amount of our selected cocktails & mocktails, yet within less than two hours of my wedding party one of the mocktails had “ran out”. Disappointing!!!
