The staff are so friendly and helpful. Great sense of humour. Shack, Mark, Loren and Aggie... Two helpful men and two helpful funny ladies. What a great team. Can't thank them enough, the extra distance I travelled was worth every extra penny. The near by store not helpful or friendly. Thank you.

I was in Wickes today and I really enjoyed the experience. The security guard went out of his way to help me and other staff was very polite and helpful. Loved the layout of the store and it’s very clean.

The store didn't feel COVID safe, none of the staff were wearing masks or social distancing. They were also messing about and were not very polite to us.
