I have had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Tile Giant in Croydon. The customer service at this store is beyond outstanding! On separate visits both Ryan and Charlie did everything they could to help me. Ryan and Charlie made me feel very welcome and helped with suggestions and bringing the tiles out to show me. It’s a nightmare trying to find bathroom tiles in a national lockdown but these guys have really helped me in every way they can. I can’t recommend them enough and really commend them on their customer service and friendly approach. Welldone Ryan and Charlie!

Ben and Ryan so very helpful and polite. Had an issue with an order at a different location. However Ben and Ryan not only ordered this item for me but followed up with a phone call to ensure I had everything I needed. Also helped to advise me of items needed to complete my bathroom. Both men friendly and knowledgeable

I’m a tiler around the Croydon area but always seem to go down here for the pure fact the guys know what there on about and I have faith there not just trying to make a sale.I normally see Nick in there has we have built a good relationship over the time and he has some real in depth knowledge about the products and tiles he sells Nick always is polite and very helpful with the loading of the products into the van as-well as most trade places will just leave you to load up by yourself! He’s a great asset to tile giant and the team down there!
