I love this car park! The staff, Tiago James and Watson are amazing. Whenever I need assistance they have always provided me great costumer service with a smile. I feel safe leaving my car charging while I go to the gym. Unfortunately the lifts are out of service. However, it's nice to know that new lifts are being installed as well as other refurbishments going on to make the car park even better.

Use this car park for work and it all started off pretty well, about a year in the place has deteriorated as you can see in the pics, lifts not working, “wet paint” all over and they’ve been returning for months now. Also my car was hit whilst being parked and when I requested they send me or check CCTV they refused to do it saying only the police or insurance can request it. Had to fork out 400 on repairs Will still use but they need to sort their act out. Staff on site are pretty helpful though
Easy access and reasonable prices. Carpark is clean and bright and doesn't smell like urine which is good!
I have been using this car park for several years now. This is the brightest and safest car park in Croydon. It is good that improvements are taking place. Unfortunately Covid-19 delayed its progress. I have always found the staff there to be extreme helpful, namely James, Watson and Tiago. They even help customers to carry their shopping. As the lifts are being replaced. Keep up the good work guys.
Expensive car park for what it is. Would rather park in Centrale car park in the centre of Croydon for 5 for the whole day as I've found this car park not very secure and is lacking working CCTV
