Booked online for tyre replacement and wheel tracking/alignment. Chose this garage as it was closer and the reviews were good. The experience I had was horrible I felt un-welcomed and it felt like they were doing a favour rather they took money for a job! The tyre fitting and wheel balancing went smoothly, they told me to return the next day for wheel tracking and alignment, I had called them specifically and agreed a time with them that morning - I get it sometimes things don't go as per plan. The next day wheel alignment was done but the car was drifting to left, I called them they gave me a time for the next day. Second trip on Friday they said they were overbooked and I should come back on Monday - seriously! First you mess up the alignment and give me a date to fix it and say come back later. After insisting the rude guy at reception asked me to come back in few hours I waited in my car. Finally they found time, the mechanic this time seemed good he told me that the alignment was funny and asked me who did it for me in the first instance. After this second fix the alignment was again off but slightly better. I returned to the garage the guy told me to come back next morning and said he will fix it. Third trip next morning the guy is on sick leave and I am again pushed for after few days, I am sure they have a phone and my number they could have called and told me not to come as they could have multiple time before to save me trip to the garage. On my fourth trip, they again were trying to postpone I asked for refund they agreed but never processed it. I had to call the customer care today to get it done. It's not worth the hassle and stress, 4 trips for wheel alignment that too an incomplete job. Drive a mile more to the other national tyre branch they were very professional got things done in one go, very welcoming spoke nicely gave me a print out of the tracking before and after explained what was wrong, AVOID THIS BRANCH!
Not cheap but very helpful staff
Popped in as had nail in tyre, they just whipped it out and checked for a puncture, no air loss so I was on way. No charge and even buffed up my headlight as had slight discolouration
