Superb service. I had an issue with my 15 year old burglar alarm, and called Knight Installations. They offered sensible, helpful advice to attempt to resolve the problem (even though they hadn't installed it), but unfortunately were not able to do so and after some discussion, we concluded that my old alarm panel had failed. Knight Installations gave a fair quote for installing a new unit. The staff that attended to carry out the installation were very friendly, wore face masks throughout the work, and were efficient and professional throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am surprised no one has written a review on this Company, so let me change that. Some years ago I was a Security Manager of a large organisation in Croydon. When I first went three I found there were several Companies with Intruder alarm systems installed in various buildings on this site.Some of them were national Companies and one was Knight Installations. By the end of the first year I had got rid of all of them except Knight Installations. They were the only Company that were good at their job and very professional.
First dealings with Knight after move to new house with alarm system which had not been used in a few years. Had 3 quotes including one national firm. The first two said full replacement needed with sales pitch (one without even looking at it!) both costing 600 Knight Installations took one look and said nothing wrong with it and only needed new battery, which was in Van! Since then I only deal with them having proven to be honest, professional and skilled in what they do.
These guys are awesome... Having read previous reviews I gave Knights Installations a call regarding my Honeywell Accenta Mini G4 which had a TAMPER FAULT LOCKOUT message on the keypad. The gentlemen on the phone asked me a few questions and was able to diagnose the problem and was then able to give me instructions over the phone to fix the problem. In all it took 4 minutes from \hello\ to \this is the fault and here's how to fix it\. Everyone else I spoke to wanted to come round with callout charges ranging from 95 to 130 just to look at the issue. Knights Installation did it for the price of phone call. Thank you so much guys... I'll definitely be recommending you to everyone I know.
