Having used their pension administration services for over 15 years, I have no problem in giving the company 5 stars. The staff assigned to my account were always professional, efficient and friendly. A good working relationship was established early on and this developed through the years. Steve is a highly motivated and ambitious person, who is keen to grow his company in a structured and thoughtful way employing good quality staff.

I have worked alongside and have know Craig Nairn professionally for over 25 years. When I need financial advise for my own complex pension arrangements he has handled this continuously in a very professional way including me in all stages of the process until my goals have been achieved. During this time Craig & I have met regularly to review my circumstances, helping me to keep my financial affairs on track so giving me the peace of mind that I can achieve my financial goals. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Craig and his team.

Sarah Woodfield has been my advisor for nearly two years, following a previous very bad experience I had with another company. From Day 1 she has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable & understanding. We have met in person on a few occasions & have had telephone conversations & emails. She responds very quickly when I contact her & is excellent at explaining complicated issues. She gets the job done with efficiency & professionalism & I am so grateful to have been referred to her.
